We all want to eat right, but we don’t always follow though. Let’s put good intentions to good use by making small, achievable changes–NOT by signing off on carbs, sugar, or cookies.
Take it one baby step at a time. Whether it’s leaving a bite or two on your plate at meals OR switching to whole grain pasta instead of white, a little goes a long way.
Practice your new healthy change for at least 3 weeks to make it a habit BEFORE moving on to more changes, and see how a little change can go a long way towards better health!
