How to make it: Mix 2/3 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt with 3 packets no-calorie
sweetener or 2 tsp sugar, 1.5 tsp vanilla extract and zest from 1
orange. Peel and slice orange into chunks and stir into yogurt.
