Spicy Taco Dip

This is a great alternative to sour-cream based dips and is always a hit at parties. Thanks to the creaminess of Greek yogurt, no one will ever know that it’s not sour cream. Serve alongside fresh vegetables such as peppers, carrots, and cherry tomatoes, or with baked corn chips.

You need:

1 large 2 cup container nonfat Greek Yogurt, plain
1/2 tsp each of the following spices: chili powder, smoked paprika, blackening seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder
1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/8 tsp salt
1 tablespoon lime juice*

What to do:
Combine all ingredients until well blended. Refrigerate overnight for better flavor.

*Add more lime juice to thin the dip for use as a creamy taco dressing for salads.
